Expensive is not necessarily good, cheap can be deceptive. Sometimes there are web hosting provider that install a very expensive price for a shared hosting with limited capacity and features. Conversely, many companies install the very low price for a shared hosting with the capacity and features that extraordinary. We need to choose carefully. Large companies, may have put the very cheap price with a sizable feature. But how about the small company with a very cheap price? Is it possible? My suggestion: find another!

Don’t be fooled by the facilities and features that are too excessive for a relatively cheap hostingan. But also, don’t be a stupid to buy expensive hosting facilities with the limited features.

Normally, in their site, web hosting providers will show the specifications and location of their server. Don’t forget to check the up-time report of their servers too.

We must ensure that the web hosting company have a perfect customer support facilities, such as Live Chat 24 hours, Ticket support, international phone calls, and some other useful communication system.

Provides Various Payment Methods
One proof of the seriousness companies in this business is the capacity to receive any form of payment. Make sure that the company can receive Credit Card (Visa, Master card, Amex, Discover), Bank Account (Usually in US only), check order, and (sometimes) Paypal.

Domain Ownership
Make sure that web hosting company provide the complete access (control panel) to our domain. This mean that we are the real owner of the domain, and have the rights to manage the administration (Whois info / ownership), change the name server, and move the domain to another domain registrar.
